Weather Tips:

1. Check the Forecast: Always check the weather forecast before heading to practice or games. Be prepared for sudden changes.
2. Hydrate: Stay hydrated, especially in hot weather. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after training.
3. Dress Appropriately: Wear weather-appropriate clothing. Layer up in cold weather and use light, breathable fabrics in the heat.
4. Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, even on cloudy days.
5. Rain Gear: Bring a waterproof jacket or poncho if rain is expected. Practice may continue in light rain, but safety is our priority.
